The original Bell Rock Lighthouse dome is made of copper and has developed a patina of time, as will this copper plated scale model of the original. It comes fully copper plated with about 20g of copper added. It can be left to the elements to develop a natural patina, polished and clear coated or treated with ammonia to make it turn blue/green.
The dome features a cast pewter weight to hold it down.
